Sauna Spot – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to your Customer account on the Platform (as defined below), your browsing and searching of the Platform, and your booking or purchasing sauna access services via the Platform.

By creating an account, listing a service, making a booking, or otherwise using the Sauna Spot website or mobile application (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms, the Privacy Notice, and any feature specific terms presented to you at the point of use which are by reference.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.3 Sauna Spot Limited (“Sauna Spot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may amend these Terms from time to time with notice to registered users for economic, legal and regulatory compliance or other business purposes. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you may terminate access to the Platform. We therefore recommend that you check these Terms regularly to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. If you continue to use or access our Platform following the posting of any changes, this will constitute acceptance of our revised Terms.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• “Customer” – a person or business searching, booking, or purchasing sauna services through the Platform.
• “Host” – a person or business offering sauna facilities or related experiences on the Platform.
• “Listing” – a Host’s description of services, pricing, availability, and rules.
• “Booking” – a confirmed reservation of a sauna service through the Platform.
• “Service Fee” – any fee charged by Sauna Spot to a Customer or Host for use of the Platform.
• “Third-Party Processor” – Stripe, PayPal, or other authorised payment services provider.

1. Scope of the Platform

3.1 Sauna Spot provides a booking and payment facilitation platform and related services enabling:

(a) Hosts to publish and manage Listings; and

(b) Customers to discover, book, and pay for those Listings.
