Sauna Spot – Host Services Agreement

This Host Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of your Host account on the Platform (as defined below) and forms a legally binding contract between Conrad Clancy, trading as Sauna Spot (“Sauna Spot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any sauna provider or host (“Host”, “you”, “your”) that lists or offers services through the Sauna Spot platform  located at www.saunaspot.ie or our mobile app (the ”).

By creating a Host account, publishing a Listing, or accepting a Booking through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the Agreement and agree to the terms of this Agreement, Privacy Notice and Acceptable Use Policy, and any feature specific terms presented to you at the point of use which are by reference.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• “Customer” – a person or business searching, booking, or purchasing sauna services through the Platform.
• “Host” – a person or business offering sauna facilities or related experiences on the Platform.
• “Listing” – a Host’s description of services, pricing, availability, and rules.
• “Booking” – a confirmed reservation of a sauna service through the Platform.
• “Service Fee” – any fee charged by Sauna Spot to a Customer or Host for use of the Platform.
• “Third-Party Processor” – Stripe, PayPal, or other authorised payment services provider.

1. Relationship of Parties

2.1 By creating a Host account on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) as a Host, you operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, joint-ventures, or partner of Sauna Spot.

(b) nothing in this Agreement creates any employment or agency relationship. You have no authority to bind Sauna Spot to any contract.

(c) Sauna Spot provides access to a booking and payment facilitation platform and related services; it does not own, manage, or operate any sauna premises or guarantee bookings of any premises.

(d) you represent your authorisation to place a Listing and accept bookings for the sauna premises in question.
