Sauna Spot – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules that apply to all users of the Sauna Spot Platform, including Hosts and Guests. It forms part of the Sauna Spot Terms of Service. By accessing or using Sauna Spot, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Failure to follow this Policy may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, removal of listings, suspension, termination of accounts, or other action as outlined in our Terms.
- General Principles
Users must:
- Behave honestly, responsibly and respectfully.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Respect other users and the Sauna Spot team.
- Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform, or any services connected with it, to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity
- Engage in any unlawful activity, including fraud, theft, harassment, or discrimination.
- Offer, promote or book a service that is illegal under local or national law.
- Post, upload or share content that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, obscene, violent, discriminatory or otherwise harmful.
2.2 Misuse of the Platform
- Manipulate search results, rankings, reviews, or reputation systems.
- Circumvent or bypass platform processes, including booking, payment or identity-verification systems.
